I can't watch the movies on my tv, I need help with my Roku player!

First, make sure you have signed up for a monthly membership. A monthly membership is required in order to allow feature film playback on Roku devices. 
 
If you are not sure what your membership status is you can find this by logging in at our website, www.bigstar.tv.

Log in to your BIGSTAR account at www.bigstar.tv and click on [My Account], at the top of the homepage.  Then, click on [My Settings] from the drop down box.

Locate the section titled Current Membership. In the Membership area it will tell you what membership you have and give you options to change it.

If you haven't done so already, it is now time to link your Roku to your BIGSTAR account. Read above to see how this is done!
