On your App on my smart TV, I tried to register, I typed my e-mail address clicked OK, I was then called away and when I returned the TV was off. TV back on and to your App to complete registration but it will not allow me to set a password, I tried to set it up on my computer but no go! I keep getting the message that my e-mail address is already registered, But I have no account set up and cannot access your site. What to do? This has been going on for about a week and this my second e-mail to you! Can I do this this through my home computer?
I will soon give up if you do not respond.
