If I cancel the free 30 day trial will I still be able to view movies marked "free" on my smart TV?

Dear: Charlie,

We've looked up your account by your email, but have found that the email address "" is currently only a Basic account. It does not have an active membership therefore there is nothing for us to cancel. Basic accounts only allow movie previews and play a selection of free movies. You will not be billed for services.

A Basic account only means that you had visited our site and/or played some of our free movies, nothing more. No billing is possible as we do not have financial data associated with the account identified with the email (

If you think you had entered financial information and are under either a free trial or active account, please let us know. You may have another account under a different email address.

There are a few ways to find the email address used to register your account. If you signed up on a device, please check the "More", "Settings" or "Help" screen and most devices will show the associated email address they are linked to. If you signed up at our website, please go into the "Settings" section ([My Account], [My Settings] on the homepage if it auto-logs you into your account and you will see the email address printed in the left column.

Additionally, you may provide us with additional information to find your account:

If paid by Credit card:
We will need the last four digits of the credit card used when signing up for the membership along with the date and amount of the transaction and we can try a reverse look up for you. And also the zipcode of the credit card's billing address, help us find your transaction.

If paid by iTunes / PayPal:
If you're using iTunes or PayPal to pay for your membership, we will need the date and amount you were billed.

And if you're still on a 30 Day Free Trial, please let us know that as well as the date you started your trail.
